I have Posterial Tibial ( I think) Tendonitis.. Mechanical issues as he says... I have had a great week right up until 7 o clock last night. I have been overtraining this week so I can get to Onederland next Friday. I think it finally caught up to me and i was starving all day yesterday. at 7 last night, I just couldnt take it any more. I had had supper and my snack, but I went after an ounce of cheese, half a left over hamburger patty and three cookies, oh and a couple of ounces of deli lunchmeat. I know I was over 2000 calories for the day, but I was tired of being starving. and I woke up this morning feeling much better than I have all week, so I am thinking I may have been legitimately starved.
