And now, when I'm in the pool, doing my 100+ laps, I see people get in, swim for maybe 10 or 15 minutes and get out and I think "that's ALL they did?!?" LOL We both have made some major changes on the workout front, that is for sure!<br /><br />I do appreciate having the freedom to spend so much time swimming, and also being able to do a 6pm yoga class without dinnertime guilt. Exercise-wise I'm doi...Yay for your godmother!<br /><br />Exercise-wise I'm doing well. I do, too. especially when the weather is beautiful and I can be outside. Right now my fav is biking, but I have become a good walker, too. I also started canoeing which I think is good for upper arms. <br /><br />Right now I have time for exercise because of my sabbatical and lots of it if I feel like it. Now I have found an indoor walking track close to the house and am adding 30 minutes cardio walking a day.
